Winter in the north

We are having a really cold and long winter this season. The snow came just before Christmas and has stayed. It is still very white and snowy outside. Has not been a day without minusdegrees for the whole of January. We like it but our house doesn't, it is craving a lot of electricity to stay warm and the bill is peaking. Luckily we have a fire place inside too. Winter and cold makes us stay inside way to much. In the begining we were outside because of the fun it is to play in snow, now somehow both Alice, me and Mayani has lost the fun and as soon as we go out to play we start complaining. Not only Alice for sure. Kind of miss the clean roads so I can use my bike that I bought just some months ago. Well, we will try to enjoy it a bit longer because the weather people is promising it to stay for a while more. And soon all the school kids has their winter brake, is nice if they have a week off to play in snow and not rain (because the last winters this time it could have rained a whole lot instead!).

Alice got curly curls

Our mixed beautiful daughter has typically mixed kids curls. Ande they are difficult to tame. But luckily her hair is soft and easy to rinse and condition but after drying and then sleeping or a hat or anything her hair wants to become dreads. So now when it is getting long I decided to get products for mixed kids and we just tried with an amazing result. Just look. Very great and so cute curls on our wonderful girl!

The autumn is really here

The leafs are falling, or most of them already fell. Temperature is below ten degrees most of the time. And Alice needs alot of clothes when going out.
